penalties do apply. Day Tours, except events that require
tickets, must be cancelled 30 days prior to departure date after which time
there will be no refund. Events requiring tickets are non refundable. Itineraries and prices are subject to change without notice, at no fault to
the tour operator, due to unforeseen circumstances. Rockport Tours,
Inc. shall not be liable for any delay or non-perfor-mance due to illness,
weather, equipment failure, road conditions, labor difficulties or any other
causes beyond its control.
